MEET
We will formally meet through a HIPPA complaint, secure platform for our 1:1 virtual Discovery Session. In this one hour session we will establish personalized goals and strategize a plan to achieve them.

ACHIEVE
Through shared knowledge, personalization, and regular check-ins, typically ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour, we will address challenges as they arise and continuously adapt our plan to meet your needs. As you meet your goals, you will develop new ones. We are here to encourage and empower along the way.

SUSTAIN
Sustainable change is a hallmark of CWB. The frequency of our meetings will decrease in the sustain phase as you find yourself equipped with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about your health. If at any point in time, life circumstances change or you find yourself evolving with desire to achieve new goals, CWB will always be a resource and we will be glad to see you!
